Share A Smile

Smiling is the natural way to release serotonin and put yourself in a good mood.

1.  Smile for one minute.  30 seconds.  10 seconds.  1 millisecond.

2.  Smile at someone random you pass today.

3.  Smile while talking on the phone.

4.  Send an affirmation text to a loved-one followed by a :).

5.  Draw a smiley face on a post-it note and leave it on the mirror (public place to share or private place as a reminder).

6.  Share your smile affirmation.
